Day 87 - Daily Artwork

Kept the daily piece simple, as I spent a lot of today writing and sketching out characters. So I was quite tired, and decided to do a purple monochrome piece.

Not much to discussing for this! I mixed the three colours (blue lake, alizarin crimson lake, and perylene violet) to make a gorgeous purple, and carefully painted each section.

I really enjoy the effect of this, especially contrasted with some of my brighter and more colourful pieces.
