Day 164 - Daily Artwork

Enjoyed painting today's piece - an A4 watercolour! I'm not sure where the inspiration for this piece came from, but I just kept adding more and more lanterns to the piece!

This was a little bit of an experiment in not watering down my watercolour too much. I love working in thin layers and slowly building the colours up, however, today's piece required a heavy (but steady!) hand.
